Well, what a day... it was certainly a four seasons in one day... it started out being stinking hot and more humid than in the tropics, it didn't matter where you were you were hot and sweaty... And then suddenly and seemingly from nowhere KA-BOOM! down came the rain, and it wasn't in light summery showers... it was in a torrential tropical downpour that lasted around an hour and a half... now THAT kinda put a bit of a dampener on our plans... but not to be dismayed, the entire bridal party stepped up to the plate and we got a bit creative when a freight train powered on past the platform at the Junee train station...
Finally the rain eased off and we made a mad dash to the cars and back to the Junee Licorice factory only to find that the grounds were flooded and the gorgeous sunken garden where they had only and hour and a half earlier held their romantic ceremony under half a metre of water!!
Aside from the weather keeping us on our toes it was a beautiful day!!!
one this that I did learn from this day is that whatever you plan, make sure it isnt fixed, as sometimes there are things you just cant control!!
enjoy the images from this years 'sweet'est wedding!
